We understand that mistakes can happen, which is why we offer refunds only in the event of a pricing error. If you believe there has been a pricing mistake in your subscription payment, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the issue promptly and, if a pricing error is confirmed, we will issue a refund for the difference.
Customers have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any time. However, to ensure a seamless cancellation process, we require that cancellations be made at least 2 days before the end of the billing cycle. Failure to cancel a subscription before this deadline will result in the subscription remaining active for the following billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for payments made during that period.
