Your data is maintained in your organization account, and cannot be accessed by anyone outside of our team and your allowed users and administrators. We do not sell your data, nor do we make it publicly available. We may use the data in summary formats (i.e. X number of certifications currently being tracked), without any disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

13. Why am I not getting any text messages?
Text messages are currently under development and will be released in the future after they are tested internally. For now, all alerts for expiring and expired certifications will be through email.
